Early Bird Offer (Celebrate Early, Celebrate More): Valid for EOY 2026 event bookings confirmed and deposited by 30 September 2026. Minimum spend applies. Complimentary organiser dining experience is for 2 people at The Ternary live grill and is subject to availability. Complimentary parking spots are subject to availability on the day. Lucky door prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
EOY Event Packages: Minimum 30 guests applies across all packages. Discounted car parking is $45 per car per day. Complimentary organiser parking is for 1 vehicle per event and is subject to availability. AV inclusions cover 6 static up-lights and one choice of Announcement Kit or Background Music Kit only. Additional AV requirements are available at extra cost via Encore Event Technologies.
New Year's Eve Dinner: Ticket prices are per person. Children aged 0 to 3 dine free during the Family Sitting only. The adults-only sitting (8:00 PM to 10:00 PM) does not permit guests under 16 years of age. French Champagne on arrival is an optional upgrade at $25 per person (1 glass) and applies to both seatings. Bookings are essential. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
